Finca Amalpa was born almost 15 years ago, when the actual owners decided to create a place to connect with your soul and nature. It has been an amazing journey. Over 2,200 trees have been planted all around the property bringing species of fauna that had been lost in the area. The quietness of the place is just ideal for relaxing and meditating.

There have been flattened 11 building sites around the property, making it ideal for building an Eco-Community.

During all this time several works have been made to the property in terrain works, reforestation, infrastructure, exterior improvements to carry water and electricity, improved the access and the roads, done some trails, planted coffee, to mention a few.

Also the property has a main house with 4 bedrooms with en-suite baths.Each one of the bedrooms has an excellent view to the mountain and Nicoya's Gulf.A full kitchen with a great kitchen island making easy enjoyable activities and meetings.

The ample terrace is simply one of the best places to be there contemplating great sunsets and or even the rain. Every space in the finca has been designed to bring to the place an energy of peace and brotherly love with the natural environment.

There is a secondary house with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths that could be used as a guest house or as a guard house.

Near the house there is a beautiful gazebo where you can retreat yourself reading, meditating or enjoy a nice evening.
