This Tuscany designed home is luxuriously appointed with all of the comforts and amenities that every discriminating and well-traveled guest comes to expect. The property comfortably sleep 18 in 9 luxurious bedrooms each with its own bathroom. 6 bedrooms downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs surround a beautiful tropical courtyard with a state of the art salt water swimming pool.

Downstairs bedrooms vary, with bedroom featuring 1 king size bed, 4 bedrooms featuring 2 double beds, and one bedroom with two twin beds. Each bedroom has a front entrance, and beautiful full size sliding glass doors which exit to the side of the house. Upstairs all 3 bedrooms featuring king size beds and a master suite with large balcony overlooking Jaco Beach. Each bedroom is also equipped with its own AC unit with remote, a 40” LED smart TV, with WiFi throughout the whole house.

The state of the art kitchen captures the picturesque beauty of Costa Rica, with a large window overlooking the beach. The kitchen is equipped with a Wolf double oven range with 6 burners, grill and griddle; 2 large Sub-Zero refrigerators with an ice maker and water and ice dispenser; a Sub-Zero ice maker perfect for filling coolers: Miele German dishwasher; a garbage disposal; a coffee maker; toaster oven; microwave; television, and its own AC unit.

The indoor dining room/living room seats 8 at its 7’ round dining table, with more space in the living area. This multi-functional room also has its own AC unit and is perfect for special events and for enjoying the view of the beach through the large window facing the Pacific. While it’s a dining area on one side, it’s a formal living room on the other.

The outdoor living area is spectacular. Enjoy the sound of the waves blended with the unparalleled surround ambiance sound of the High Performance speakers. There is an amazing grilling area in the front yard overlooking the beach. It consists of a 42” Alfresco Outdoor All Grill with rotisserie, a 24” Alfresco power burner and sink.

The water undergoes a thorough (non-chemical) cleansing process through salt purification, then through a carbon filter, and lastly the water is treated with ultraviolet (UV) light to kill the any remaining germs and bacteria that could be in the water supply. With the help of a Jaturna Water Filtering System, the water that comes out of all of our faucets and showers are cleaner than the bottled water you would buy at the store.

Long gated drive way at the entrance offers secured off road parking for 6 vehicles.

There are no roads, power lines, or traffic at all between this Villa and the Beach. You can step straight from luxury to sand! That is invaluable.
