The property where the house is built upon is over 5,000 m2 and is located in a very quiet upscale residential area and off of a private easement road that is shared by 4 other neighboring property owners. So in essence, the property is like being located in a gated community.

Within minutes you can drive into downtown Montezuma where you have a wonderful selection of restaurants and two super markets to shop at. All activities that the area offers are literally minutes away!

Upon entry into the house, one is greeted by a generous living room with immediate views spanning out into the garden and pool area through glass doors. The ground floor layout of the villa is generous with 2 bedrooms off to one wing with a shared full double sink bathroom, a large modern kitchen that literally extends over the terrain and gives a sensation that the room is hanging in the air and embraced by jungle, a complete wall of sliding glass doors in the kitchen that open up to a covered deck that meets with the rest of the house and to the pool, and a large master suite upstairs, as well as a look-out terrace large enough for practicing yoga or to sit and enjoy jungle and ocean views. Upstairs one enjoys an ocean view spanning southeast towards the Pacific Ocean.

The house was built with sustainability in mind, while working with the natural terrain and minimizing any major earth movement while under construction. A 5 chamber water treatment plant was installed to properly breakdown waste water.

The home can sleep up to six guests. A king size bed is featured in the upstairs master suite, and the two bedrooms downstairs each have a queen size bed.
