Experience living among the lush greenery of the Costa Rican forest in Bosque, our tropic village. The rustling of the leaves in the wind, the howling of the monkeys scattered overhead, the chirping of the birds in their nests - the nature of this area envelops you. There is a power that lies in the strength of the trees and the stillness of the jungle. Modern, ecological homes nestled in the forest valley of Pacifico in the heart of Playas del Coco, Costa Rica. The Bosque village offers 3 bedroom freestanding homes on pristine mountain view lots each with a private pool. Enjoy the utmost privacy among the trees in beautiful section of the Pacifico community. The tropic village is surrounded by walking trails, a community pichic area and yoga deck. A total of 15 homes will form the village over a series of phases. Every home in the village is named after a local tree which resides on the property. The first phase of the project will include five homes - Ron Ron a tall canopy tree, Coco Bolo the rosewood tree. Quebracho very tall with a flat crown. Pochote the white wood tree and Aceituno the paradise tree. The Bosque development of homes have been meticulously designed by renowned Lacayo Arquitectos. with the environment in mind. Leveraging the shade of the forest canopy. the cross winds of the valley area and the intentional positioning of the homes to maximize energy efficiency and air flow. Modem fixtures including black franged windows and doors are seamlessly combined with wood accents and other inspirations from nature.
