Tommaso Ribaudo

Tommaso moved from Rome to Puerto Viejo with his family thirteen years ago, and the South Caribbean has been home ever since. He knows this coast from the inside: its neighborhoods, its seasons, its people, and where it's heading next.

For the past ten years he has built and run a portfolio of 14 vacation homes between Cahuita and Manzanillo, welcoming more than 10,000 stays. That work taught him what makes a Caribbean property succeed: the design choices guests love, the upkeep the tropics demand, and the real numbers behind a home that earns its keep. A software engineer by training, he built the automation, websites and cost-management systems that run his business, and he brings the same data-driven approach to valuing property.

As Costa Rica Sotheby's International Realty's specialist for the South Caribbean, Tommaso helps buyers find the home that fits the life they want here, whether that's a family retreat, a second home, or an income property.
