Frederick Ruge

Frederick is a Costa Rican native with extensive international experience in hospitality, business development, real estate, and social and environmental impact. For the past five years, he has been based in the idyllic surf town of Santa Teresa, Costa Rica, a community he deeply respects and aims to help develop responsibly and sustainably. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Hospitality Management from Hotel School The Hague in the Netherlands and a Master’s in Global Real Estate Development at the renowned IE University in Madrid, for which he received a High Achievers Scholarship, and graduated with Top Honors as best student.
