Carmen Jimenez

Carmen was born in San Jose, the capital of Costa Rica. At a young age she moved to Austria

with her family. That's where her love for languages ​​began. She speaks Spanish, English,

German, Italian and will always be very excited if you want to practice any of them.

After spending time in what was meant to be her second home, the days went by and she could

not resist staying away from waking up to the sound of howler monkeys every morning and

being surrounded by nature. The decision was made and she now calls Nosara HOME.

With years of experience in the Costa Rican tourism industry, marketing and different positions

in real estate, Carmen’s favorite part is to be able to work with people from multicultural backgrounds. “Real Estate is not just a transaction, it's part of someone's life story. That is what makes this job so meaningful.”

Nosaras offers a healthy lifestyle, good food, people from all over the world, beautiful properties, but her favorite part is Nosaras growth in balance with nature.

During Carmen’s free time you will probably find her taking photos, walking the dogs or getting a hot cappuccino in town.
