My background in sustainable development has shaped the way I approach real estate—with strategic thinking, attention to detail, and a long-term vision. Originally from French Canada, I fell in love with Costa Rica’s biodiversity, culture, and lifestyle, which inspired me to build my first home in Ojochal in 2000.

After many years of experience in tourism development and residential construction in Canada, I made the decision to relocate permanently to Guanacaste in 2020. Today, I combine my project management expertise with my passion for helping clients successfully invest, build, and find their place in Costa Rica.

Fluent in French, English, and Spanish, I believe every client deserves personalized guidance, transparent communication, and a seamless experience from our first conversation to closing day. My background in construction and development allows me to offer valuable insight beyond the transaction itself.

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me in Tamarindo or Playa Grande, surfing with my son, walking my dogs, or enjoying everything this incredible community has to offer.
